Our Space

We had an incredible experience hosting our event at The Nest at UBC. The venue was beautiful, the atmosphere was welcoming, and most importantly—the food was outstanding! Our attendees couldn’t stop raving about the meals, with special praise for the chicken, which was consistently delicious across all menus. A huge thank you to Lyanne, our Point of Contact, who was absolutely amazing in the lead-up to the event. She was always available, incredibly organized, and went above and beyond to check in and make sure we had everything we needed. Her support made a big difference. We’re also so grateful to the onsite event staff team—Nathan, Charlie, Leslie, Devesh, Jacky, Jorge, and Sophorn—for their professionalism, friendliness, and attentiveness throughout. Their efforts helped everything run smoothly, and they made us feel truly taken care of. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue or team. Thank you again to everyone at The Nest!
